Coconut Pineapple

A coconut pineapple vodka cocktail in a can: creamy coconut and sweet pineapple built on premium vodka and alkaline water. It is the tropical drink without the parts nobody asks for — no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and zero carbonation, so it never leaves you bloated the way a fizzy tropical seltzer does.

What it tastes like

Coconut carries the body, pineapple brings the acidity that stops it turning sweet, and the alkaline water base (pH 8.5+) keeps the finish clean rather than syrupy. If you have written off tropical drinks because they taste like sunscreen and sugar, this is the version made for you: recognisably piña-colada in character, but light enough to drink through an afternoon.

How to serve it

• Serve it properly cold — with a still cocktail, temperature does the work carbonation would otherwise do.
• Pour over one large cube in a rocks glass, or straight from the can over ice in a highball.
• Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a lime wheel; clap a mint sprig between your palms and drop it in.
• Pairs well with grilled shrimp, jerk chicken, fish tacos, salty snacks and anything off the barbecue.
